UPDATE:  Registration will stay open until midnight on Friday, February 23rd.

Due to changes in email server protocols, lots of folks didn't get their email confirmations.  If you are one of them, please email Nancy Graves and she will send you new files.

Our show is not juried or judged; we do not charge an entry fee.  Even if you are not a Guild member, you are permitted to enter up to 3 items.  Members are entitled to 5 plus an unlimited number of Collection/Collaboration, Challenge, and/or Workshop items.  Entry deadline is midnight on Thursday, February 15, 2024.

We are anticipating a large number of entries, so your quilts will be ranked in case we need to remove quilts to fit into the convention center.  Enter your top ranked quilt first and your least important quilt last.

You will have to Log In with your email and password created in a prior year.  You may have to select the Event, there is only one.  If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Password Recovery' button.  You will need your password to return and register more quilts.  If you forget your password, don't worry, it will be printed on your registration report.  If you haven't entered a quilt in this system, you will be required to create a new login account using your email address and a password of your choice.  DON'T USE A PASSWORD THAT YOU USE FOR OTHER CRITICAL SITES.

There is no drop-off/pick-up form sent to you for each quilt.  You will receive a Pick Up form when you deliver your quilt.  After each entry, an Acknowledgement email will be sent with the entry information and instructions for delivering your quiilt to the show.

Guidelines for quilt registration:

  • When entering your quilt size, use whole numbers, no fractions.
  • Don't paste descriptions from MS Word, imbedded special characters mess up the text entries and can cause truncation.
  • Avoid use of double quotes in your descriptions.  If you must, make sure your descriptions are not truncated during the review process.
  • Please review your entry thoroughly before hitting the submit key, pay special attention to truncated text fields.
  • DO NOT use the BACK arrow in your browser page while registering your quilt!
  • Please give us the juicy details of your entry, we all like a good story!
  • If you put a price on your quilt, remember you bought tools and material, and spent your time putting it together.  Don't underestimate the worth of all that.  USE WHOLE NUMBERS, i.e., 300, 1000.
  • If you find an error at a later time, use the Contact Us page to request a fix.
  • TCQG reserves the right to edit each entry, as needed, for grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.
  • Submission of this item implies permission for photography.
