The Member’s Market was debuted at the 2023 Quilt Show and was a great success. Each year since has been more successful. If you have quilts or other handmade items that you would like to re-home, members can put them up on consignment at the quilt show. You set the price and the guild takes a 25% commission.
The aggregate cost of your work includes materials, quilting, and labor. Don’t sell yourself short when pricing your items.
Changes for the 2026 quilt show:
- The Member’s Market is being renamed the Unique Boutique. We are expanding the types of items that can be sold by members. Its not just quilts anymore!
- Items for the Unique Boutique will need to be pre-registered. This will give the booth chairs an idea of what is needed to best display the items for sale.
- Items can be pre-registered at the AM meetings with Judy Urrutia or at the PM meetings with Jean Kimerling.
- There is still a limit of 5 items per member.
- Preregistered items need to be dropped off on Thursday, March 26, 2026, between 9AM and 1PM.
- The Unique Boutique booth will be located in the Great Hall next to other vendors.
- For items that sell, your proceeds will be mailed to you after the show.
- Unsold items must be picked up on Saturday, March 28th, after the show ends at 5PM.
Note, if you have registered a quilt in the quilt show and marked it for sale, that transaction is between you and the buyer. It is NOT processed through the Unique Boutique.
