Enter An Exhibit

Our show is not juried or judged; we do not charge an entry fee.  Even if you are not a Guild member, you are permitted to enter up to 3 items.  Members are entitled to enter 5 items plus an unlimited number of Theme, Collection/Collaboration, Challenge, and/or Workshop items.  Entry deadline is midnight on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

We are anticipating a large number of entries, so your quilts will be ranked in case we need to remove quilts to fit into the convention center.  Enter your top ranked quilt first and your least important quilt last.

We have a new website since the 2025 quilt show.  If you entered quilts in the 2025 show, your login profile will NOT be preloaded.  You will have to create a new login profile using your email address, mailing address, contact information, and a password of your choice.

For each entry, a Confirmation email will be sent with the entry information and instructions for delivering your quilt to the show.  Review it carefully and report any errors using the Contact page.

Guidelines for quilt registration:

  • When entering your quilt size, use whole numbers, no fractions, i.e., 45, 100.
  • Please review your entry thoroughly before hitting the Submit key.
  • Please give us the juicy details of your entry; we all like a good story!
  • If you put a price on your quilt, remember you bought tools and material, and spent your time putting it together.  Don’t underestimate the worth of all that.  USE WHOLE NUMBERS, i.e., 300, 1000.
  • If you find an error at a later time, use the Contact page to request a fix.
  • TCQG reserves the right to edit each entry, as needed, for grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc.
  • Submission of this item implies permission for photography.

Registration for the 2026 quilt show is now closed.  Thank you to everyone who entered exhibits.  We are looking to have a wonderful show. Please report any issues, changes, or problems using our contact form.

Now its time to get your quilts ready to deliver to the show:

  • Deliver your completed Challenge quilts between March 2nd and March 7th.  (See the Guild Challenge page for details.)
  • All other exhibits are delivered on March 26th at Three Rivers Convention Center between 7:30AM and 1PM.
  • Complete instructions are at the bottom of each confirmation email.
  • Quilts 50″-85″ require a hanging sleeve.
  • Quilts greater than 85″ will require a split sleeve.  Yes, in two pieces with the center open.
  • See the Temporary Sleeve Instructions for directions on how to make a temporary sleeve.
  • Make sure your name and phone number are on the back of your quilt (sew or pin).
  • Fold your quilt with the top side out.
