The online volunteer sheet will be posted on 1/1/2026. You may also sign up at member meetings in January, February, and March.

In 2019, Eric Greenwell caught the set-up and take-down activity on the “stage” of the Three Rivers ballroom in this time-lapse video. You will see why it takes an 'army of volunteers' to put the show on.
